exchange or return the product after it has been shipped to you, we
provide the following conditions in order to complete the exchange or
return process in a simple and easy way:
1- The time period for exchange and return:
Replacement within 7 days and return within 3 days from the date the
customer receives the shipment.
2- Terms of exchange and return:
- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and
it has all the labels attached, not removed or damaged, and it must be
wrapped in its original cover.
- In the event that the product comes with gifts or accessories, it must be
returned in its original packaging as a condition of return.
- In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or a problem with the
product, it will be repaired, and if the repair is not possible, it will be
replaced or its full value will be refunded.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, we bear the
shipping costs.
The original purchase invoice must be attached when starting the
procedures for replacing or returning products.
- In the event of an exchange or return, the customer will bear the full
shipping costs.

the product to the customer.
3- Retrieval methods:
The customer has the option to refund the value of his purchase or
exchange it for another product.

You must refer to the specific warranty period for each product.
