Graded OPA: the large leaves are picked from the middle of the tea plant, so this grade needs a longer steeping time. Its flavour is light with low bitterness, which suits those who drink tea without sugar.
Suggested preparation (for a 1-litre teapot): without sugar, 12-13 g of tea; with sugar, 13.5-14.5 g of tea and 50-54 g of sugar.
